"My BMW had an oil leak which covered my engine in oil. This then lead to my belts slipping off, big problem... We just moved to Rotorua and had no idea where the best place to go was. Luckily I found Rotorua Motors with their BMW flags outside.
So I pulled in and straight away my bonnet was up and my car was being looked at. I knew they were busy and I am used to being told "yup we'll do the work, come back next week" but I got told leave it with me and I will have you back on the road in a couple of days. Great news !!!
Well it's been two days and I have my car back, all work done, a shiny engine and my car is driving great! Thanks for the great and friendly service. You now have a repeat customer. Recommended to all AAA+++"

"I was very happy with the service I got from Eldad and his good lady. i went to have a noise investigated in the engine of my car, noticed my warrant had expired for which he did straight away.
than continued the investigation which he fixed the next day. didn't have to but he fitted me no problems as i was quite amazed really as he had a lot of customer come in in the time i was there appeared very popular and busy, and appeared to be very thorough in his work would recommend him and his apprentice. give them a go."

"My trailer tyre blew out today near rotorua motor works. The owner came out and helped me off the road, jacked up my trailer and tried to find me a new rim, when he couldn't find any that fit he gave me advice on what i needed and places to go and then fitted the new rim for me when i got back.
After all of this i tried to pay him for his time but he refused my money and said "that's just what you do when someone needs help" Ill definitely be taking my vehicles to him in the future. What a legend!"
